21 Days of Prayer & Fasting
We are praying and fasting together from March 30-April 19, 2025
Fasting is a way we disconnect from the world so that we can more intentionally connect with Jesus. There are multiple ways to engage fasting. Here are a few ideas to help you discern how you will fast in this time:
Full Fast: Fully abstain from food for a day or multiple days each week and seek God through prayer and worship in the times you would typically eat
Partial Fast: Abstain from certain foods (ex. sweets or other indulgences) for the whole fast or for certain days/times throughout the fast
Soul Fast: Abstain from distractions like social media or TV to limit distraction as you seek God
Prayer & Fasting Themes

Invest this week of the fast in being reminded of the mission we have been invited into and the identity we get to live out as people redeemed by Jesus and adopted into His family.Week 3 (April 13-April 19) — All of Our Response to Jesus
Take this final week of the fast to cultivate an awareness of how we should live our lives in surrender and worship to Jesus as a response to who He is and what He’s done for us.
